How to solve desktop app issues?
If you’re running into a “Spotify app keeps crashing” issue, know that you’re not alone. We here at Game Revolution have also noticed the app not opening on iPhone devices. Some of the issues due to which Spotify won’t open are: Internet Connection. Most of the times, an application does not work because there are some issues with the network connection, either the WiFi is not working, or the connection to the device on which Spotify is being used is poor. Method 1: I would suggest you to run the inbuilt windows app troubleshooter and check if it helps. Press Windows Key +X. Click Control Panel. Select Troubleshooting. On the left pane, click on View All. Click on Windows Store app to run the troubleshooter and follow the on-screen instructions.
For any kind of problem, firstly you have to clean your cache.

The app doesn't work. I have an error message 'CLR error 80004005'. How can I fix it?
It is a system problem not related to our App.
An application installed on the end-user machine messed up some Windows components (.NET framework in this case).
But since we do not know why it happened (maybe some old software, or unofficial pc cleaning SW, or a cracked app, etc…), the best is to “refresh the PC without losing documents and personal data” as explained here.
